Kess Berlin
Every year, KESS Berlin celebrates its anniversary in October by launching a new product, usually a key moment in the brand's calendar. The concept was to bring out the festive, celebratory spirit of Berlin, which matches the brand's identity perfectly, while telling the story behind the product, not just the product itself.
For this edition, we set out to reach a younger audience and connect with Gen Z. We adapted the visual language, tone, and codes of the campaign to resonate with this generation, while staying true to the KESS Berlin aesthetic that is playful, bold, and unmistakably Berlin.
I led the art direction from concept to delivery: developing the creative idea, directing the photoshoot (briefing the photographer, styling and set), and overseeing the decline across all touchpoints. The campaign included social media content, ads, website visuals, still-life photography, and product packaging, all built around the celebratory narrative.
The result was a cohesive anniversary campaign that energized the brand, broadened its reach toward a younger audience, and reinforced KESS Berlin's festive identity.
